All purchases must be returned unworn and in perfect condition as sold, in the original packaging with labels attached where applicable.
Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface and there must be no signs of wear.
Solo per Te reserves the right to refuse the return of items where these conditions have not been met.
Please phone the shop before you return an item for a Returns number.
The buyer must return the item by registered post and the item remains the responsibility of the buyer until received by the shop. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
